As a Creator he spent 33 years at WALT DISNEY WORLD where he arranged and produced THE VOICES OF LIBERTY and the CHRISTMAS CANDLELIGHT PROCESSIONAL. As an Achiever he is currently listed in THE INTERNATIONAL WHO'S WHO IN MUSIC.

![]() Early Travel in Central Florida
Mr. Thomas B. Tart a/k/a Henry "Thomas" Flagler", was born in Jacksonville, FL on April 26, 1943. He attended University of Florida/BSBA, Stetson University College of Law/Juris Doctor and was a lawyer for Utility Company. He moved to Orlando upon graduation. After 41 years of law practice in Orlando, he retired the summer of 2009. He worked for a civil practice law firm for 14 years and then 27 years as the house counsel for the Orlando Utilities Commission, becoming Vice President and General Counsel. It was the best of times! He still lives in Orlando. He has been involved in doing programs with many WWII Veterans and placing official historic WWII Markers at airfields around Florida. His hobbies and interests include World War II, Civil War and golf. Recent books he’s read are Battle Cry of Freedom and Flyboys. If he had not chosen his current career, he most definitely would be a History Professor! He lives by The Golden Rule.

![]() Orlando International Airport Expansion & OperationsPhil Brown is the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. As CEO, he is responsible for the operation and management of both Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport, with an annual budget of over $555 million. Orlando International Airport serves more than 47 million passengers annually, making it the busiest airport in the State of Florida. During the past 40 years as a business professional, Mr. Brown served in a variety of public and private sector positions. These positions include a previous stint as Deputy Executive Director – Administration for the Aviation Authority in the early 1990’s as well as County Administrator for Orange County Florida. For fourteen years, prior to his return to the Aviation Authority, Mr. Brown was employed as a public finance professional. Mr. Brown currently serves as Chairman of the AAAE Airport Legislative Alliance (ALA), as a member of the AAAE Policy Review Committee (PRC), and is the immediate past Chairman of the Gateway Airports Council (GAC) and a member of the Board of Directors for US Travel. Mr. Brown holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, and is an Accredited Airport Executive by the American Airport Association of Airport Executives.
